Conditions of Membership and Rules of Operation

1. FloorCo membership is available with no membership fee to professional contractors only.
2. FloorCo Wholesale Showroom cards may be used only by the individual to whom they are issued.
3. FloorCo Wholesale Showrooms reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
4. FloorCo Wholesale Showrooms reserve the right to refuse admittance to any employee, agent, or customer of a member.
5. FloorCo Wholesale Showroom membership may be revoked at any time without notice or cause.
6. Membership is subject to the rules of FloorCo Wholesale Floorcovering Showrooms. These rules may change without notice to or consent by the member.
7. Members may refer guests to our self-serve showroom without being present. Referral cards and maps are available upon request. However, it is advised that the member be present when guests are utilizing the showroom. The showroom staff can answer general questions about the products and will quote list pricing only unless directed differently by the member. Appointments are always recommended to ensure that a staff member will be available to assist members and guests if necessary.

Terms of Sale and Receipt of Merchandise

1. FloorCo Wholesale Showrooms do not warehouse material. Member/purchaser is responsible to take delivery directly from the FloorCo supplier and/or make arrangements with a freight carrier.
2. Payment must be made in full at time of order. Payment must be made by cash, authorized check, or approved bank card. Checks must be in the exact amount due, and issued on member's in-state checking account as listed on member's application.
3. Sales Tax will be charged unless a valid tax number and resale certificate are on file.
4. Deposits are non-refundable.
5. Merchandise may not be changed or canceled. Returns are accepted only as provided under our Return Policy.
6. Should member fail to take delivery of goods or make payment when due the merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer; members deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
7. Merchandise must be picked up by Cardholder immediately upon notification by FloorCo. A storage fee of $20.00 per piece per seven (7)-day period will be charged for merchandise left more than two (2) days after notification.
8. Member assumes full responsibility for any installation performed, measurements, and inspection of merchandise. The member agrees to abide by and be bound by manufacturer's policies regarding manufacturing defects in material.
9. Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
10. Special promotions are subject to change.
11. FloorCo Wholesale Showrooms are not responsible for typographical errors in advertisements.
12. Cardholder shall be personally responsible for any check dishonored for any reason, and agrees to make good such check upon demand. If legal action is brought by FloorCo to collect any check, Cardholder agrees to pay the face amount of the check, costs and expenses of collection. In addition, for each returned check there will be a charge of 15% of the amount of the check or %100 of incurred damages, whichever is greater.

Return Policy and Instructions

1. All products purchased from FloorCo Wholesale Showrooms are warrented against defects by the manufacturer. Warrenty terms and conditions vary by manufacturer.
2. For defective items, please contact the warrenty provider for repair or replacement.
3. Due to the nature of our business, FloorCo Wholesale Showrooms are unable to accept returns on manufacturer-warrented products.
4. Merchandise authorized for return may be subject to a restock fee. Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable.
